Extremely bad service / internet rip off california

3-4 weeks ago I placed an order with this company, I asked them to hold my order for a few days as there was a mixup with my credit card details. They went ahead and charged my card for the amount of the order anyway but to this date they have not notified me in anyway if the order has been shipped to me in Australia I have spent money evvery day trying to phone them but it keeps going to message and they will not return my calls I have also been sending emails everyday but no one will respond to me,
The amount charged to my credit card was $766. Not a small amount either. I have had enough now but I am not sure what to do as I am in Australia.
