Ripoff dishonest sales practices

I had a sales rep from SBC tell me that if I got a bundle package from SBC it would save me money over my current phone and internet service. Boy was I suprised when I got a bill for over $180. After talking to the exec. Offices I thought all was straightened out I was not happy but I was stuck. I made the payments as arraigned but my bill kept growing.
This service started in Sept. But in Dec. I made a payment and changed my service to a cheaper package plus asked for information on lifeline. Thinking that this was taken care of I called to make the payment that I had agreed on only to talk to the rudest woman. Not only wasn't the payment arraignment noted but they never did change my plan. When I requested to talk to someone else over Miss thang's head she put me on automation.
The reason I am writing today is because I don't want anyone else to get ripped off by this company. I now tell everyone that I run across not to use their service. Please do the same.
Companies count on people just paying them and not standing up for honest service. I have paid more to then in these couple of months than I had paid for my other services with other companies in 8 months. Oh yeah, my plan; 14.95 for DSL and 49.95 for unlimited long distance. I guess I should mention that out of the first 45 days service for $230 they did credit me $25 for being hustled!!
