Ripoff i have been with out service and jerked around since the first of the new year

I lost service with dishnet about 15min. Before the new year. I didn't even get to see the ball drop in which i stayed home for to keep off the road on new years anyways i have been dealing with them since the 1st. It is now 24 days with out service and a total jerk around by them. They had me change out a card about 3 or 4 days before i lost service. I had problems with changing out a card that they wanted me to do since i have had no problems for 2 years of service.

I changed out the card and all h... Has broke loose. They sent out a tech. To my house and he found that the receiver was blown due to the fact that i feel was from changing out the card that they sent to me. Well i talked to them and they could send me another one like i have or maybe a little better than what i have for 29.00 plus tax and charge my account that is automated and has been for 2yrs with no disconnect or nsf's charges. A perfect customer as for as them getting their money.

Well i asked if they could up grade my receiver with a dvdr and they said ok for 50.00 charging my account and give me 25.00 credit when i send the old one back. I complained that they have never given me or offered me anything for my 2yrs of excelent service. Well got the dvdr approved and had them send it to my place of business since i would not be home to receive it. This was suppose to be delivered by the 17th and still no receiver. Spoke to someone on the 18th they said would be here by the 20th or 21st.

Stil no receiver. Spoke with someone today and still no satisfaction and no receiver. They told me that i would have to call back around 7:30am my time to get any help. I really feel that they want to wait and see if the money will clear my checking account for the receiver before they send it to me. I don't understand this because they have always gotten their money every month for 2 yrs. Tell me if you would what i should do. I have 2 teenage boys in my house with nothing to watch and i'm really at my wits end thankx
