I was suppossed to have been signed up for the $39.99 family share plan where you share 400mins. I get large billwhere I am charged 83.96 for one phone and $39.99 for the other, I just pay it because I figured it was due to the new phone. The next month I look closer at my bill and they charged me $39.99 for one phone and 44.98 for the other phone.

So I figure no big deal I'll call "customer service". I was on hold for a total of 1.5 hours with three reps. Telling me that I wasn't in thier billing system and they couldn't help me. Finally I get someone who tells me he will adjust my bill accordingly and just pay for my agreed upon plan fee and he would make sure I didn't get a late fee on my bill. I then agree to sign up for the 59.99 plan for 500 mins.

So I get the next bill and a whole $2.38 has been credited. So I again call"customer service", hold for another 45 min only to get a very rude rep who again tell me he can't help because I'm not in his billing system, refuses to transfer me to someone who can help and gives me a bogus # to call.

Now I'm fuming and go on thier website and send them an e-mail to which they claim to respond to in 24 to 48 hrs. Four days later they respond and tell me thet nothing is wrong with my bill and I nedd to pay the $40 dollars left from the last bill. So I again forward the e-mail and tell them that they definetly overcherged me they again respond rudely that $40 dollars is over due and if not paid immediatly they will shut off my phone. So now I'm going to have to overpay these lying cheats so my husband doesn't lose his phone he does all his bussiness on. Who do I turn to for something to be done? What does one do I can't keep calling "customer Service" they aren't helping and unfortunatly If I cancel the plan I'm charged some outragous fee.
