Had to Pick Up Guitar Myself and Email Went Unanswered

I ordered a guitar from eBay. The address the sender gave was correct, but the person at Kinko's probably could not read it, so I had to drive to the address it was delivered to and pick it up myself. I sent an email, and no one bothered to read it.
