This person will text people from Craigslist saying that he is mentally retarded and that he will trade the product that you are selling for a scooter and a guitar. He tries to make the person feel bad and say how their product will make him so happy. When it come to the actual transaction he will say he can not drive or something so you should mail it to him and he would do the same thing. He will not answer the phone just text messages. You will never get his scooter or guitar in the mail.
