Kinkos (FedEx Office) - Kinkos printing and binding

On April 2, I was in a rush to get two poster boards made for presentation to the Oklahoma State House and State Senate. The job had not been taken care of as it should and I called at the last minute to check to see if there was any way I could have them printed within an hour. I did not think it was possible but Andrea said she would make it happen. I went to the store and since I was in such a rush, I paid in advance. I had been told that they would be ready at 1:15 which seemed like a miracle to me. At 1:15 an employee approached with a refund and apologized for my order not being ready due to one of the copies turning out below standard. Five minutes later, I had my order and it was perfect. Andrea W. Apologized again. I considered the service excellent and offered to pay but she insisted that since it was not delivered on time, I should not have to pay. Wow, haven't seen that kind of integrity in a while. Way to go Andrea W. You have all the business I can give or send you due to your handling of my order. Thank You!
