Platinum Personals
Is charging members to send email to other members but not telling them that members that do not pay cannot read those messages

Internet & Web

This is an Internet singles site. They allow people to open a "free" account and
post personal info to be placed online for other members to see.
In order to send email to another member, one must be a "paid" member. The
problem is, if you are not a "paid" member, you can only receive a notification
that you have a message waiting but you are not allowed to read that message.
The person who is being ripped off is the sender. That person had to have paid
to send the message but they are not informed that there is a strong likelihood
that the person they wrote to is not allowed to read the message they paid to
send. This is a rip off! The paying sender should at least be made aware that
the recipient will not be able to read the message unless they pay.
