I placed an order on December 20th for a WWE ring for store pick up. I received an order confirmation and they placed a hold on the funds on my debit card. The next morning I received an e-mail that the order was canceled because they did not have it in stock but they did not give me my funds back. I called customer service and they said it is their policy to hold the funds for 7-10 days. So I have no ring and they kept the money so I can't get a replacement present. They screwed up the order and canceled it, but I am the one who is paying by them holding the money. They got paid for an item they couldn't provide!!! I want my money today!!!
