I placed a qualifying order for a free Barbie tote and store (and did add this to my cart). I didn't receive it or one of the items in my order. When I emailed TOYS R US to resolve the complaint, the same day the order was cancelled stating it was "out of stock." Amazingly, when you go online, both the item they cancelled and the item that was supposed to be the free promotional item are STILL IN STOCK for home delivery OR store pick up, but are no longer on sale and are double the price than I was to get them for (and the one item is no longer promotional). I think they knew they could make double the money so cancelled the order. I sent 4 emails through their online contact and have not heard back in a weeks time. I finally called today and the foreigner that could barely speak English said "I'm so sorry" about 5 times... But that the item was out of stock and there was nothing they could do. When asked why they are still listing it as in stock online, he said... It must be a computer glitch. Bet it would arrive, however, if I ordered it again at double the price.
