I ordered boxes of coffee from Keurig and the company sent them via FedEx. According to FedEx tracking record, they delivered my item Dec. 18 (10am) at my doorsteps. I went home at around 5pm no FedEx package in my doorstep. There's only one box left in my doorstep, and that was a delivery through USPS. I called FedEX the next morning, Saturday and filed my complaint. They said they will get back to me on Tuesday the earliest, because that's the day their drivers come back to work. I got a call from FedEx the Monday (not Tue) and want to confirm the details of my complaint, asked me to describe my house, etc. Even asked me to check with my neighbors if they received my box. No call received on Tues. But they called me Wednesday, asking if I found my box. I was baffled by the question, I thought they're suppose to find it out not me. Are they expecting me to do their job this time? So, I told the lady from FedEx, her name was Kim, isn't it that's the reason why I complained, becaue I haven't found "the box" in my doorsteps? Then she proceeded to say, "you need to call up your supplier to send you a replacement for those orders, because there's nothing we can do to find it, and sorry for the inconvenience". That's the best FedEx can do to help their customers. So, for future FedEx customers out there, beware. Just like the other dissatified customer, I will check before hand if the online seller I deal with is using FedEx. I may think twice ordering from them.
