Very rude employees

I recently was shopping at the toys r us in goodyear arizona and I was very disappointed and will not be taking my business nor money there. I called to ask about a toy they had and if they had it in stock, it took somebody 39 minutes to answer the phone. Then when I asked the lady about the toy she had no idea what I was talking about and hung up. I was frustrated so I went in to talk to the store manager and all he said is not my employees and walked away. I will never shop at toys r us again and I used to be a regular customer.
