Toys R US, Customer Service is very poor

I visit this location seldom since sometimes they have a toy I cannot find at Target or Walmart. I really hate to see such a good brand like Toys R us go bad. I went this weekend to buy my child a toy and ran into a problem when my daughter got sick in the store. I asked for help to 3 employees to get me some paper since none of the bathrooms did not have any paper! I even went into the breakroom and saw an employee and even he could not believe there was no paper available. I cannot believe that a store that caters to families with children would not have something as easy to keep in stock available. The worst part was that no one called a manager to assist me. I believe that Toys R us does not adequately train their employees. This will be the last time I go into any Toys R us.
