Coupon exclude ALL TOYS, are you kidding me?

I am on Toys r us rewards program and I get coupons in the mail. But I was in shock when I received a coupon that exclude all toys. You are a TOYS store, what am I supposed to buy at toys r us? That is disrespectful. You just lost me as a customer.
