Sent wrong game 5 days before Christmas

Sent the regular DS game instead of the 3DS 5 days before Christmas. I was told after calling customer service that there were no more available for shipment! Niether was it in stock at my local She also said she did not know if I could return it to my local Toys rus. Not only did I waste shipping money but now I have to spend gas money to try and exchange the game at the store which is about 40 minutes away! This is the last time I order from Toys r us!
