Nasty manager and sales associate. - customer service

My friend and I went shopping for christmas in toys r us manhattan. While shopping a worker kept taking our toys from our bags and re-shelving them when we were not looking. When we caught him the third time we made him bring back the toys. He was extreamly angry. He gave us similar incompatable and broken toys. We did not notice as it was late. We cashed it and on christmas day. When the toys were opened we finally found out what he did. We called the babies r us manager and she told us it is our fault we cashed it she was so very rude. All we wanted was an appology, not a coupon, not a gift, just an appology, we never got it. My family spent hundreds of dollars on this store we should never of went there. Its not worth it.
