Fedex delivered a package from Singapore (sender singed the contract with them). They then paid VAT on goods.
Goods defective so returned with FEDEX.
Charged £58.72 (of which £10.50 admin charge)
Can get VAT refund but not for admin charge.
Do not understand why a big company like that who have paid the VAT cannot get a refund itself.
Despite really hefty shipping charges they insist on charging £10 for "admin".
Really unhelpful customer services.
