Ripoff I Got scammed too during Hurricane Ivan

I have had cingular wireless for several years.
Hurricane Ivan hit and made my phone virtuall useless. However 2 days before the storm they expired 500 of my rollover minutes.

The crappy service people claimed that my bill states that roll over minutes expire at the end of the 12th month. This was not in my contract. They service idiot even said that she could not produce anything that I signed agreeing to have rollover minutes expire. It is just something they decided to do without consulting me. I just renewed in March. So what the hell does 12th month mean anyhow? They of course could not answer this.
They ripped me off to the tune of $600
