Ripoff, overcharging minutes, taken away rollover minutes, keep messing up every month and dont want to fix it

Cingular has been ripping me off, for 3 months. I have been with cingular since January. My plan is 600 anytime min. And 5000 n/w min. I have 2 lines in the plan.

Everything started with the month of August, they started charging me n/w. Then they took my rollover minutes as to "cover" the n/w minutes i went over. I called them and they fixed the n/w charges, but they didn't give me back my rollover min.

On September i got a bill for $1164.83, i wanted to die, same thing again they charged me nights and weekends and now since i didn't have rollover minutes, they charged me for the daytime minutes. I called them and they credit back only for the n/w, but not for my rollover minutes, now they say i owe $700.

Now on my October bill say I owe an extra $1100 plus now a $800 from last months. When I called they said they couldn't help me anymore and that they wouldn't send me a copy of the fixed charges.

The strange thing is that by charging me n/w minutes, for some reason this min. Turn in to daytime min. Cingular doesn't want to help me, and i don't know what to do. Can some one give advice? Should i pay? I know the bill is grong, but i don't want to mess up my credit. Who could help me or what can i do?
