This company did not explain their cancellation fees! I was in the hospital for 6 monthis for a diagnosis of a terminal disease and had just connected services with direct tv, because of the extended hospitalizations I was unable to pay my bills and could no longer afford satellite tv and was told that I had a $329 cancellation fee. Never was told that in the beginning.
