Two-Week Cancellation Promise Denied, Company Wants $460

I recently wanted to try this service. The salesperson told me I had a 2-week cancellation period after install to cancel without fees. However, when I went to cancel after 13 days, the person I talked to told me that policy was only good for certain states, and I wasn't one of them. This company blatantly lied to me, and now they are trying to charge me $460. I can't believe a company can be this corrupt. Stay away from them. This can't be legal.
