Landlord Banned Roof Dish but Cancellation Fee Still Charged

Made a huge mistake in getting Direct TV. I have to move and my landlord won't let us drill the satellite on the roof and Direct TV acts like if it's my fault and we still have to pay the cancellation fee. Do not do any business with this company because they will rip you off.
