Sears malfunctioning garage door opene

Set up an appointment and reminded the customer service people 3 times to call 1 hour prior to arrival. I even called the morning of the appointment to remind them.

I left work at 1 pm never recieved a call. Arrived at my house 1:45 and the repairman left a note that I wasn't home (no kidding). I called when I saw the note and asked the repairman to come back. They said he cannot because his schedule is full. I replied his schedule should be light because he just left, thus freeing his appointments.

The repairman said he called me 2 times which is a just simply a lie.

Very poor customer service, Extremely dishonest repairmen.
