Did not come did not call - Washer Repai

Today I waited for the repairman to come and fix my Samsung washer. After he was a half hour past the time frame appointment (1-5) I started calling Sears... I spoke to three different people promising to find out what is going on... No return calls, no repairman. I called the local spotsylvania mall store, no help. On my 5th call they told me the repairman wasn't coming today and rescheduled for the following Monday... Not very prompt service... And everybody was terribly sorry for the inconvience but nobody has the authority to make it right, and they don't anyone at Sears who does have the authority. The sad thing is: The sales people use the repair program as a reason to buy from Sears. I am very disappointed in Sears... And don't try to tell me the store and the repair activity are not the same thing... They both do business under the Sears brand...
