Warranty Issues

Called about warranty on my laminate flooring. The laminate on several boards starting to buckle inn kithen area. I called about a month ago (March). They sent over an installer (didn't speak much English) he checked the area of the damage and said the floor shouldn't do that and that he will order about 13 boxes to repair the floor. I then get get a call from there Custermor Service Office (Linda) and said that the person who checked my floor tld them it was my fault that the floor was damaged and that the warranty won't cover the damage, she said it was water damage. I told her that that was not possible since it was only 1 or 2 boards that was buckling. To Make the story shor, I finallly talked to a lady by the name of Hellen at Cusomer Service. I don't know who she made contact with but Linda called me back and said they will repair my floor. Its now 16 April and gues what, nobody has repaired my floor as of now. Numerious phone callls and still no results.
