I scheduled a home repair with Sears, for today. The appointment time was scheduled between 1pm-5pm. I called the Customer Service at 4:30 pm, since I had not heard from a service person. I was told that the repairman was running a little behind, and would arrive between, 5:30 pm and 6 pm. At 6:45 pm still no repairman. Another call to Customer Service and the person advised me that the repairman was in route and would be there within the next 30 minutes. 7:45 pm and still no repairman has arrived. A call to Customer Service then resulted in someone named Cloey, puttiing me on hold, for about 15 minutes and then just dropping the call. I called back and asked to speak with a supervisor, and after waiting another 15 minutes, finally someone named John came on the line and advised me that my Service Request had been cancelled at 8:30 pm, from the repairman's schedule, and that I would be resheduled for May 3rd. Need I say more. Sears will surely go out of business, if this is the way they continue to treat their cutomers.
