Chase is evil

Purchased a home in august. Put almost $30,000 down to cover that years property taxes, and pre paid mortgage until december. I lost my income in december and fell 2 months behind. Tried endlessley to get a modification, got on a payment play which was HIGHER than the original mortgage payment. Kept calling and trying to get modification put through. Employees at chase pretty much told me to stop paying the payments and save it for my next home... Wtf. Finally decided to put the home on the market for sale. Got an offer and chase agreed to a short sale. Home was sold and I thought everything was fine, until I recently looked at my credit report and come to find out the the money I pre paid at closing was never applied to my taxes, or mortgage. Chase is now reporting the the home was in forclosure and is saying that we never made one single payment to them. I tried disputing this off of my credit and they will not take this false information off. I have called Chase more times that I can count. Have gotten no where with them. Their employees are rude, and downright evil on the phone. I have contacted my state attorney general and I plan to file a lawsuit agains chase home mortgage.
