Modification - Chase Home Affordable Modification Program

Been working with Chase to do a modification on my home for about 2 years. Every time I am denied.in the mean time my payments have gotten way behind. I contacted Chase before I got behind and now I'm looking at foreclosure or short sale. I'd rather stay in my home than leave. Have a good job and can make my payments.
