Home modification - Home modification from Chase

Home modification with Chase is a nightmare. After 5 months of dealing with Chase regarding home modification. Chase keep telling me that I have missing papers. This is the 3rd time that they told me I have missing papers. It looks like they just going down the line and keep on telling me that each paper is missing after the next. They are trying to prolong the process so that I just gives up. Look like they may get their wish. I guess they don't want the money, they just want the house or what will be left of the home once I move out.
