Emodification program - Chase Home Affordable Modification Program

Chase home fiance.
Have been dealing with chase for some months now mortgage was doubled when i had a fixed rate for 30.00yrs.
Then to stay out of forclousure went into remodification program, did everything they ask which was to make several higher payment then it would go into remodification. Nowthey have returned my june mortgage stating it has gone into foreclosure, and cannot get any information as to why no letter, no phone call, no nothing.
