Mortgage Payment Doubled and Payment Returned as Foreclosure Started

Chase home finance.
Have been dealing with Chase for some months now mortgage was doubled when I had a fixed rate for 30.00yrs.
Then to stay out of foreclosure went into remodification program, did everything they ask which was to make several higher payment then it would go into remodification. Now they have returned my June mortgage stating it has gone into foreclosure, and cannot get any information as to why no letter, no phone call, no nothing.
