Item ordered on Oct 6th. Delivered with a damage on Oct 15th. Your company ordered the replacement part on Oct 20th and indicated 7-9 business days for part to be received. Today is Nov, 8th. No part and now my 30 day return has expired. The cooktop has been sitting sill in the GE box since I received it on Oct 15th.
