GE Cook Top

Ordered a GE Profile 30' downdraft Cook top on Oct 6th and accepted the free ship. Delivered on Oct 15th on a Friday late afternoon. Box was not marked fragile, Glass or this end up. GE box was inside unmarked box which had handling instructions. Glass cook top had a chip in the glass. Appliances Connection ordered the glass top part on Oct 20th and mentioned it would take 7-9 business days. Today is the 13th business day and no part. They have no ideal when I will get the part and the 30 day return policy has expired. All I have is a broken $900 cook top from them. Beware!!
