Appliance Zone Refuses Return

Appliance Zone recommends the wrong part then refuses multiple times to take the part back. Their customer service is inept at best and they quite frankly do not care about their customers.

I contacted them for assistance with ordering a part, which they recommended based on model # etc. When I received the part it was way to short to be the replacement I needed. I contacted Appliance Zone via their website, then via multiple emails. It became clear after only two emails that they were not interested in refunded my money or even accepting the part back. They consistently dance around the issue of returns and treat you like you are an idiot. Things like "Do you believe you received a part other than the part you ordered?" after telling them multiple times that was the issue. And in the next email "Please clarify. Do you believe you received a part other than the part you ordered?" All I wanted was to return the part for a full refund, but that appears to be impossible for this company. They would much rather infuriate you with emails and refuse to assist their customers.
