Jan, 2 i bought a reliance 30 gal tall gas heater and it leaked from the tank as soon as water hit it, got them to exchange it, but the second one never lit, this is where they left me hanging, i called for support then i got the run around. I asked for a refund because 2 out of 2 I didn't want to take any more chances, and they refuse to give me a refund. Stay away, now i am stuck with this mess.
