Poor landlord and management

I'm a tenant in a complex named Townsquare Courtyard Houses in Glendale, Arizona, that will be handled by VIM Residential Administration. They're the lowest quality management organization I've ever seen. They don't worry about the tenants they just wish to wallet the lease every month. Who owns the home is just a really unpleasant personand may let you know she does not worry about your grievances, since there are additional pleased tenants that reside there. I suppose it may be a spot to reside if you want to reside with scorpions, cockroaches, along with other insects inside your condo. They don't impose any guidelines about the home until they would like to! If you like or require anything completed inside your condo that's also poor, since they're also inexpensive to do something about this. The dog owner is just a slumlord and it has no landlord/Tenant support capabilities whatsoever. Simply keep spending that lease! All tenants research your options before moving-in below!
