Smelly tenants

We reside in a-6 model condo building in Illinois. The building is extremely clear and also the neighbors are good. We simply had some new neighbors relocate plus they smell, really poor! They abandon their really potent sneakers within the hall and there's this horrible odor of urine originating from their condo. I'm harmful to the folks upstairs since that odor needs to travel upwards. You-can't speak with the folks simply because they do not speak language. The heat is within the reduced 20is towards the teenagers and all of US need to maintain our windows open due to the odor. Exactly what the heck are we likely to do? The landlord have no idea how to proceed and we're all just starting to speculate when the landlord actually examined these folks out before they shifted in.in the region we're inside it is just a really nice city, excellent.
