Bad Landlord - bad apartment

I hired a poor condo out of this Landlord toughest transfer i available I had been receiving issues with the condo the condo surfaces and surfaces were paper-thin in most the flats and weren't sound-proof i could'nt get any peace or very from different tenants and bothering Landlord keeping me-up, grievances and conflicts between tenants and also the landlord continued I did so nothing wrong to deserve this the condo was of bad framework and may manage a familly and that I was alone residing in the condo the landlord unfairly lifted my lease, got me to Courtroom and charged me for courtroom costs to get a cheap condo, i couldnt go anymore the apartment was an entire fraud and so I shifted out the landlord held my safety deposit and experienced my wages garnished for improved lease and costs! There is no reference to garnishment in the landlord or within the lease rent i got scammed
