Rental Ripoff

I'd prefer to record the absurd problems of the so-called new (May) “luxury” Parkview (Charles Stage) City Home owned flats. The health of these condo and home is horrible tenants are spending over $1000 month for intended upscale living.

Some types of Metro mgmt managing their tenants with small treatment with no regard-

- Garbage dumpsters that just get emptied once every 14 days.

- Only dust and dirt behind the building. That will be just starting to smell and getting harmful with insects and mosquitoes.

- Free dirt slope that will be flooding storage location. Parents won’t let children perform outside due the many hazardous places.

- inadequate discharge in parking lot. Pipes are above road surface.

- Weeds over 3FT high

- Exercise and swimming aren't available. Citizens are spending money on this.

- Form in certain apartments. Tenants informed by City operator they are able to transfer since it’s not his issue.

- there is a fireplace in another of the flats due to defective drier link. Nothing continues to be completed to region where fire happened, tenants don't have any option but to reside withit or move-out.

- Metro continues to (simply this week) deceive people who flats are transfer-in prepared. Artwork not finished, no drain, no counters, filthy, no telephone/wire wiring, toilet not finished. It has been the situation with Every individual who has shifted in.
