Poor construction and rude business ethics

Landlord really rude about preservation problems. Really wants to blame any problems on tenant. Additionally endangered tenant to maneuver out or even pleased with the way in which he performs business. Problems beyond control of tenant. Some problems due to other tenants. AC went and landlord created tenant delay 5 times before actually being released to check out the issue. It was during 90-degree or more times. Tenant has young children along with a dog that endured thru heat until atmosphere fixed. Tenant has already established oxygen problems in the first month shifted in. Also home tap needed to be replaced, dishwasher replaced, Bi - fold gates dropped off handles, dryer port was filling with water. The improvement has become in foreclosure. Plenty are over-grown with weeds which attract snakes & rats. Landlords garden maintenance team just reduce plenty by which individuals reside in and spray weed-killer round the 3 ponds on improvement consequently eliminating any wildlife residing in these wetlands. I would recommend not performing any company with summer playground houses.
