Hi my nameis Ashton Harbison I am writing to in form you of the reasoning behind my husband and i breaking our lease. From day one when we moved in we have had nothing but problems first we moved in and none of the outlets worked i called the landlord to come fix it and they sent me a letter stating they were not going to fix it because they had worked when we moved in and we had tamperd with it and in fact we had not. I had also had to call about a water leak the landscaping guy had caused it still has not been fixed i have also made at least two calls about ac unit because it does not get any cooler then 89 in the home and i have two small children they come and fix it and it only works for a day or two then stops working again and they refuse to replace it. To top it off my home has been broken into approximently 6 time in a 4 week period i have called to let them know and they told me it was not their problem to talk to an insurance company they wont take any security measures to pretect my family so there for i am being forced to break lease do to very high utility bill and my family and i's safety. Witch forces me to have to ask for my deposit back to get into a new home thank you for your time ashton harbison please do not tell them who i am please i dont want it coming back at me i just want it taken care of thank you
