Mildew and Mold in Apartment and spreading

Apartment HVAC had a leak and it caused mildew and mold in the HVAC unit. The Mold and Mildew got into the A/C unit Causing me to be very sick. It's been almost a month and the problem is not fixed. The acting property manager Jennifer, has been so rude and care free about the problem. The property is also charging me rent to live in these condtions. This property really needs someone else in charge. Jennifer, is doing a terrible job.
