Denied Claim (that was covered)

September. I had a inccident that occcured at my home. There was a water leak that was detected, and the water was going under my flooring insisde my home. I first thought that it may have been a leak coming form under the house, I soon callled a Leak Dectector company in Little Rock, and was advised that the leak was coming from the air conditioner. I Immediately discontinued use ofthe unit, and called an air and heating company. This company repaired the cause of the leak. My hardwood floors and carpet was affected by the water damages. I filed a claim with State Farm and that claim was denied. State Farm said that it was a long term leak, and that mold and mildew was present. This however was and is not true, because I had justt moved into the home, an inspection had already been done on the home and not leaks, mold, or mildew was present. I closed on the home in late July, moved into the home a week later. All new flooring had been installed into the home after I moved into it. No leak, water, or any damages had occured or was noticed. This is State Farm way of not paying a claim that should rightfully be paid.
