Truly awful customer service

I reside in an Equity Residential home in Arlington Virginia. I settled a couple of minutes before midnight while I had been touring within the pacific time-zone, examined my mail and got a verification before night. Their cost control host within the main time-zone determined I had been overdue and that I was billed an instantaneous 15% ($300) late charge. After I questioned the cost and provided proof that I'd settled promptly, they charged me of changing the e-mail, they mentioned there is no means they might change the cost plus they confronted me with instant eviction and appropriate motion, despite the fact that non payment of the late charge isn't authorized reasons for foreclosure.incredibly bad customer support. The entire "really happy" advertisement strategy is only corporate doublespeak bullshit. They're not thinking about my pleasure. They're a heartless bureaucracy work by kids who like to say their energy around. Very unhappy.
