Terrible payment methods, terrible customer support. Settled my statement promptly however the organization prepared my cost 24 hours later and charged me a $10.00 late charge. Named Customer Support plus they decided to change the late charge since I have settled it promptly. No apology however. On my next statement, minimal cost quadrupled and there is a late charge additional for not spending the late charge they decided to change. Many calls to customer support were fulfilled with fairly ridiculous attitudes. The final CS representative stated they'd proceed to include late fees towards the late charge these were treating till I settled it. So that they were incorporating late fees towards the late fees towards the late charges till I settled the cash used to donot owe. No body at Kohlis believed it was completely crazy. Lastly submitted a proper problem using the Customer Financial Protection Agency and am expecting decision. BTW I've never overlooked a cost or have I ever endured a late-payment and so Iam as definately not a deadbeat while you will get. If this is the way they handle a great client, I wonder what they are doing to individuals battling to pay for their expenses within this economy.
