Equity Residential an apartment management company with many apartment complexes
located throughout the Phoenix, Arizona area has taken their Scam to the highest level.

Their current strategy is to lure potential residents with artificially low monthly rates
and of course keeping the lease term short (your lucky to get 1 year).

Now for some inexplicable reason (even in this economy) when the lease expires this
gives them justification to automatically increase your rent! In my case it's always $100.00
per month.

Obviously one can't tollerate these increases for very long before your forced to move.
This process starts all over again with the new tenant.

I've lived in several Equity Residential properties over the last 10 years and I've moved 7 times.
