Unfair move-out practice

I recently shifted out-of Sheffield Court Flats after having existed there for over ten decades (in three distinct models). After I shifted out, I requested to become current in the examination. I had been informed the inspection had been planned and also the supervisor responsible for transfer-out assessments, Mike Paul, wouldn't reschedule the examination. He performed the examination and stated to get discovered problems that used to do not trigger. He delivered me pictures - that could have now been of the diverse condo - and he delivered me a photocopy of the transfer-in examination - that could have already been changed. There have been some use-and-split of the rug due to my kitten, that we acknowledged liability for. Although I had been still attempting to protest another problems he was attempting to cost me for, I settled for the problems I understood were my obligation. He returned that cost, stopped speaking with me, and delivered my bill to selections. This, after I'd been a citizen for over ten decades, settled my lease promptly each and every month, and not triggered them or my neighbors just one issue. DON'T hire from Equity Residential.
