CFNA / Firestone Credit
This credit card company has charged me late fee claiming my payment reached them 1 day late

I've never spend my payments overdue... Since last month, this charge card business has billed me late charge declaring my cost achieved them one day late. I take advantage of online cost with my lender for several my funds and not had a problem... Based on my bank documents, they settled promptly, they actually offered me the time the cost achieved CFNA. But CFNA nevertheless promises that it had been overdue, I actually donot understand foundation on which? They're penalizing customers for that period it requires in order for them to approach the cost even when the cost achieved them on deadline. This is actually the 2nd period it just happened and today they declined to change the wrong cost despite the fact that the thing is not with me. I terminated this card so that they won't do that in my experience again... Their customer support is TERRIBLE!!!
