Illegal charging of Late fee

The landlord has billed me more that 60 bucks recently charge lately for lacking a fee for 3 times. Based on the florida tenant legislation on can alter 10% of the regular lease determined over that entire year. Which may add up to 20 pennies for each morning overdue. And much more over different landlords might renounce the late charge if its the very first time.

There have been an authentic error from me for missing my cost. I told them that there is issue within their site which couldnot procedure my lease which it didn't provide any type of verification of the cost termination or acceptance. All my demands just visited the deaf ears, plus they were very determined. I've no additional option-but facing them within the courtroom.
