Bad Faith, holding my check hostage

These horrible, horrible, people! I can not probably let you know what we have been through and there's NO support. They're keeping my insurance check hostage. Our repairs are likely to be total tomorrow morning and that I have not the cash to pay for the company! Atleast I'd the cash to obtain them began! Imagine if used to donot??? They've performed activities with me today numerous occasions, slowing and telling lies. I deliver the things they obtain after which often there is "another thing". They never let you know the entire account. TODAY, they show that the inspector should arrived at our house (BY THEMSELVES schedule, obviously... No hurry!) to check our repairs after which create a study after which perhaps a handful of months later... Perhaps, we will get our check. BAD-FAITH working! Imagine if we did not have anything to begin our repairs? Then they'd never be achieved, I suppose as Citimortgage evidently anticipate that you simply purchase your problems after which they'll torture you and toy along with you before you have medical issues. Dispicable. AND THAT Iam in a hote at this time!!! These folks are vicious and terrible. Reasoning and empathy must enter the formula. No surprise their organization is within the bathroom.
