Looking to get change of mortgage

I had been offered for this organization in July from Fremont Investment & Mortgage (who're no further within the mortgage business-as of February). I created my planned payment in Sept to Fremont since I had been unaware I'd been offered, I never obtained a notice from Fremont till I'd created my Sept cost.

That cost was never put on my mortgage with ASC and since that time ASC continues to be stating that I never taken care of Sept. Nevertheless I were able to catch-up the mortgage but late charges were evaluated regardless. I requested financing change in November together to provide my bill totally current.

They explained it'd get 30-45 days prior to making a choice. I named to create a telephone cost in Jan plus they explained to refrain from producing the cost till they inform me of the mortgage loan modification choice.in January I acquired exactly the same solution.

Ultimately on March 19th I had been offered with foreclosure documents. I'm needed today in the future up having a much more cash to reestablish my mortgage or drop my house. I've been provided before end-of April to reestablish my mortgage or they'll continue using the foreclosure.
